Foxwood is a small, gated community about four miles south of downtown Marble Falls, near where Highway 281 meets Highway 71. It is intentionally low-density: the whole subdivision is built out to only around 19 lots, most running roughly three acres, under deed restrictions that keep the oak-studded, spread-out feel of the property intact.
That small lot count means turnover is slow and listings inside Foxwood do not come up often. If you want me to watch the subdivision for you and reach out the moment something hits the market, or you would like a look at what is currently available elsewhere in the area while you wait, call or text me at 830-953-5571. I am Robbie English, Realtor, Broker with Uncommon Marble Falls Realty, and I keep an eye on the smaller gated communities around Marble Falls specifically because they move fast and quietly.
Being just outside the city limits, Foxwood residents are close enough to Marble Falls for groceries, restaurants, and the lake, but the lots themselves feel rural, three acres apiece with real room between neighbors. That combination (small-town access without being inside town) is the main reason people choose it over a subdivision closer to the water.
The HOA here is light by design, around $500 a year covers the gate and common upkeep rather than a long list of amenities, and kids in Foxwood attend Marble Falls ISD. If a low-frills gate and acreage matter more to you than a clubhouse and a pool, that combination is part of what makes Foxwood different from the newer master-planned communities closer to town.
The live search below pulls current Marble Falls-area MLS listings. Because Foxwood is such a small subdivision, text or call me directly and I will tell you exactly what is on the market inside it right now, since a general search can easily miss a 19-lot community.
